Residents in Edenbridge raised concerns about vehicles speeding through the village and not adhering to the 30mph speed limit, creating safety concerns for the community.

In response to this feedback, PC Watson, PC Wilson and PS Edwards carried out further speed checks within Edenbridge on Friday 1st May 2026, building on previous successful enforcement activity.

During a one‑hour period:
